  Not happy with this clinic. The receptionist messed up claiming from my two insurances and overcharged me. Though the amount is negligible, still she didnt do her work diligently. She asked me to pay for the balance for my fillings which could have been covered by my 2nd insurance. I even told her that i have two insurances and i havent used my 2nd insurance yet. I was expecting that the small balance from that service will be covered by my 2nd insurance. But she insisted that i have a balance and need to be paid so i paid. After a couple of days i went back to ask for a refund and showed them the benefits that my insurance supposed to pay. They said they will confirm it with my insurance first. To make the long story short, they confirmed that i have overpayment but still have to wait for my insurance to pay them before they can give the refund. It was their fault for not charging the right amount and now i have to wait. So i just told them to keep that refund coz i dont need it anyway, it's just a very small amount. I told them to cancel my next appointment coz im not coming back with them. Never again!
