- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After leaving our cat with Dolphin Veterinary we are very concerned. We feel for her semi annual grooming session she was not properly taken care of by staff, with her not receiving the proper care due. This is includes her not being sedated for the procedure, in spite of us requesting and paying for her to be sedated as well. Finding my poor cat in her own refuse, frightened in a metal kennel far away from the crate she came in and is familiar with, with a subpar grooming was absolutely horrifying, and something I would never expect from this staff. With the lead veterinarian saying they repeatedly antagonized my cat by "trying to get her out of there" I feel safe in saying we will be looking for another veterinarian in the future.
