  Have disturbing problems fulfilling prescriptions. You also pay upfront for your entire refill even if they don’t have enough stock to complete it. Wait times to complete refill takes (in our case) a week. (Not good if you travel a lot). Had to chase staff to complete refill. If you do travel for a period of time where your prescription refill dates overlap, they make you sign a form declaring that you are traveling. Mysteriously missing our * Fair Pharmacare number. Even though we have been customers for months. They blame it on your insurance provider, so beware to keep your Fair Pharmacare number handy, so you can spend your time on hold when calling your insurance provider to deal with it. It takes at least 24 hours for the pharmacy system to update. NOTE* you pay full charge for your prescriptions and then deal with with your insurance provider for refund**** Not only is that experience a $$$$ shock! You get to spend the day on the phone as you try to figure this mystery out with your insurance provider. The one star I gave this review is only because it is a convenient location for us.

  Very helpful staff and the best store to get whatever you need. Always clean and always seems to be open. So many late night medicine runs for sick kids. Also, great pharmacy staff. The people who work there are exceptionally nice and the owner is very responsive. The post office is great too! It's nice to get help when you need it.

  Staff is friendly although they barely have more than one till open. Even if your only buying one chocolate bar at 5:30pm, be prepared for the checkout ordeal to take at least 7 min. Chocolate bar was good by the way.
