  Got motorcycle coverage through them and my basic with icbc ... transferred it to another bike as I sold the last one then decided to cancel my extra coverage .... went in and did that and was told a check would be in the mail ....received nothing and it's been over a year meanwhile they sent me someone's else's mail inside the envelope addressed to me ... I phoned them and they knew nothing about it .... couldn't even find that I had a policy with them .... asked for a Manager to call me and he was stumped too .... no help at all ... and still no refund check . The staff I dealt with to get my policy was nice.... however the lady that was doing my policy was having issues and didn't know codes or something and had one keep bothering another agent who was busy ... spent over 40 mins in there just to get simple insurance ....never again !!!! AND WHERE'S MY REFUND ???

  Customer service was top notched! My parents came to Westland to have a used car that they purchased on that day transferred, registered and insured. Michael who helped them out went above and beyond by calling ICBC to double check on my mom's discount rate which came out from 15% to 30%. He didn't have to do that but they were very impressed and the transfer of the vehicle's name to my mom's name went very smoothly, not to mention the savings they got. I will definitely recommend Michael to my friends and family, as well as whoever is reading this!
