  I went into this location Today because in the past Solveig Edwards has been VERY knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately she was no there. But that was ok because they obviously have more than 1 knowledgeable & helpful person working there. I asked the gentleman who helped with my private bike insurance today for his card but I missed placed it. His name was Ray or Roy ? (I'm sorry I lost your card) I just want to thank him once again for the painless visit today & his help. I'll be back. Found his card Thank you for the good service today Ray Giampa

  Leah went above and beyond when I came in to transfer a vehicle to a person. As she went through everything with me explained it very thoroughly has helped me numerous times since then and everything has worked out perfectly. I would highly recommend her for a management position, I know she is new but she has gained so much knowledge. Her customer service is so awesome. She even helps other staff figuring out problems. I would not hesitate to refer friends to her.

  I moved to Langley almost two hears ago. Following reports by fellow tenants of a fire in the building in which my new suite was in only a few moths ago, I decided it would be wise to get quotes for tenant insurance including a clause which would provide me with food and shelter if such a disturbing event should ever occur again. Out of four companies I contacted, one phoned to follow up with a verbal quote, two did not contact me and only one, Westland @ Langley Crossing sent a very professional very complete written quote within 24 hrs. of my call to them.. The quote was sent by Derek Stewart and was well layed out and easy to read. I had a couple of simple questions which I e-mailed back to him expecting to hear back the next day or later that wee........I heard back that evening and his telephone manner was nothing but professional and reassuring. i waited two more weeks for responses from the other companies and only heard from one. The level of after hours service and staff availability during work hours was very limited compared to Westland. Westland had the highest monthlty rate but, based on the most excellent service I have received from this company for my auto insurance in White Rock for over thiry years, and, because of the excellent reception and follow up I had recived from Dereck, there was no question that Westland and Derek's representation where the obvious way to go. I have since had to add to the policy and more recently have needed to seek more insurance for a business venture I am entering. My personal and business insurance needs now and in the future will undoubtedly rest with Westland and, hopefully, Dereck and his wonderful back-up staff.
