  The service I received this morning was not only extremely poor customer service from a lady named Courtney - she was an all around rude human being. I had a unique situation with ICBC - they told me on the phone they would need to walk an insurance agent through and gave me a direct line for the agent to call. She refused to call the number I had - dialed a general number and handed me the phone and walked away. I came home and called ICBC back and they said the service or lack of that I got was uncalled for and that I should go to another agency. I went to B&W up on Fraser Highway and 188th and the people there were polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend avoiding Sussex and going to B&W.
